Frequently Asked Questions

Aletheia Truth for Life

What is the difference between taking a course for credit and auditing?

Taking a course for credit will require the student to participate in all classroom lectures and discussions and complete all the reading and written assignments, which the instructor will mark. Upon passing the course, the course units will be credited toward the completion of the 30 unit Certificate in Biblical Studies program.

Auditing a course allows the student to participate in classroom lectures and discussions but will not require the completion of assignments. Students auditing classes are encouraged to complete assignments, especially the reading of the textbooks. However, the instructor will not mark them and they are not to be handed in.

The tuition for credit is $100 per unit, and for audit is $25 per unit. All courses can be taken for credit or audited.
